Currency and Payment Options
How can I pay? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay at the checkout.
Just a heads up on a couple of things:
Charges to your card or account will be in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
We charge tax only on Canadian orders.
If you live outside Canada, your local government will most likely charge you tax and/or customs fees when your package arrives, and you will be responsible for that.
If you usually bank in other currencies, your payment provider will charge you currency exchange fees, which you will be responsible for.
COVID-19 is affecting delivery times of our packages, but please know that we are working hard to process your orders as efficiently and safely as possible. Our shipping partner, Chit Chats, is also committed to ensuring you have your parcel delivered in a safe and timely manner, but we ask for your continued patience.

Where do you ship?
We ship locally and worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Canada, using a Canadian courier called Chit Chats.
Chit Chats has partnered with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Asendia. Since all American and International orders go through them, you’ll see an American return address on some packages.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders usually take 1 - 3 business days to process, depending on the season.
Right now we’re a small team, and we are so grateful for your patience!
If your order is urgent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with URGENT ORDER written in the subject field, and we will do our best to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my package?
Once we’ve processed and shipped your order, it takes approximately:
Canada: 2 - 8 business days, depending on your local postal service.
USA: 2 - 4business days, depending on your local postal service.
International: Between 5 - 22 days, depending on customs.
Please note if you live outside of Canada, your package may spend some time mingling with other packages in customs.
Do orders have tracking?
All orders have tracking, and you will receive tracking information in your email inbox once we have created your shipping label.
Please note that once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries, change, or cancel an order. We’re sorry, but we are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Will I have to pay any extra fees when my package arrives?
For our Canadian customers, the answer is no, because we have already gone ahead and charged taxes on your order.
However, for our lovely American and International customers, the answer is most likely yes. This is because we have not charged taxes on your order, so your local government may do so as your package crosses borders. Please note that our shipping partners may also charge an additional handling fee for brokering your packages through customs, and your payment provider may charge you for currency conversion.
Please be assured we are looking at international fulfillment centres as our company grows.
Presales and Back Orders
When will I receive my Pre-Order or Back-Order?
We’re so happy you like our designs so much you’re willing to wait! Thank you!
Because all our goods are manufactured in Mexico and then spend time mingling in customs, it’s tricky to predict exactly when you’ll receive your Shameless Solutions goodies.
But we know what it’s like to pre-order or back-order something and then only hear crickets -- so we’re not going to leave you high and dry. Instead, we will send you updates along the way, and you’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.

When will I be charged for a Pre-Order or Back-Order?
For pre-orders and back-orders, we will charge your card or account right away.
Returns and Exchanges
How can I return or exchange an item?
We know what it’s like to order something online and find that although it’s lovely, it’s not the right fit for our needs.
So if you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject field.
If we hear from you within 30 days of your purchase, we will give you a full refund or exchange, so long as the items are in new condition and you provide the original receipt.
We will refund to your original payment method, and we will issue a store credit for any returned gift items. Just ship it back to us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note that you are responsible for your returned items until we have received them. For this reason, we recommend you use a trackable shipping method to return your items. We’re sorry, but we cannot issue a refund or exchange if we have not received your return parcel.
We’re sorry, but shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee at this time.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Can I change my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to make the changes you’d like.

We’re sorry this order didn’t work out for you.
If your order has not yet shipped, yes we can cancel your order.

Yes, we are! But we’re looking for the right fit, and we’ll know it when we feel it.

We do not offer free items to Advocates/Influencers. Instead, if you purchase the item at full price, we will give you a unique discount code to offer to your audience with the possibility of refunding your purchase.
Please note: We are super clear and specific on who our target market is, so that means anyone we collaborate with needs to be clear and specific on who their target audience is, too. A large following is awesome (congratulations on it!), but if your audience does not overlap with ours, we're just not meant to be.
