RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.


If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please contact us at hello@shamelesssolutions.com and write “RETURN” or “REFUND” in the subject field.


Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.


After the 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first few days after receiving their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges.


If you have any further questions or would like to request a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused. 


If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 calendar days.  We do not reimburse shipping costs.


We can issue a refund only if products are returned in their original, new condition so long as you contact us within 30 days after the purchase date.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items 


We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective. 


Exchange (if applicable) 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at hello@shamelesssolutions.com and write “EXCHANGE” in the subject field.

Gifts 


If the article was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned and received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post. 


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and he will be informed of your return.

Please include your contact details and the reason for your return. 


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your items, unless the article is defective. 


Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You are responsible for your return items until we have received them. We cannot issue refunds for items we have not received. For this reason, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, since we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.


Right of cancellation


In addition to our Returns & Refund Policy, if you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, if you are an online, postal or telephone customer. 


If the goods are delivered in several instalments, the period shall be 10 calendar days from the receipt of the last payment. 


To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items, so long as those items are in the original, new condition. The refund will include standard delivery charges paid to a maximum of $10 USD. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of a cancelled order. To exercise your right of cancellation, please follow the steps below: 


Email hello@shamelesssolutions.com and write “ORDER CANCELLATION” in the subject field to initiate the cancellation process. 


We will refund you the price paid for the items and (unless you have not paid for the delivery) the delivery charges you have paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery, which is $10 USD.


You will be refunded according to your original payment method within 30 calendar days from when we receive the cancelled items.


You are responsible for all returned items until we have received them. We cannot issue a refund for items we have not received. For this reason, we highly recommend you using a trackable shipping method to return your items to us.
